Residential Renovation

This was a historic residential renovation project, and I managed everything from taking initial measurements of the entire property—including the interior and exterior of the main house, garage, and yard—to drafting proposed plans for the client. The renovation preserved many original historic elements while integrating modern touches, particularly in the kitchen and new master bath. With a higher-than-average budget, we could explore more extravagant and creative solutions.
